The WCPPA is committed to developing and fostering multi-disciplinary partnerships that include representatives from public health, city planning, transportation, architecture and other fields. It also works to create programs that heighten the demand for physical activity in their community and mobilize the public to advocate for policy change. WCPPA believes that investing in active living programs now will save money in the long-term through cost offsets and prevention.
