Powerhouse organizations forge Convergence Partnership

Six prominent funders have teamed up to form the Healthy Eating/Active Living Convergence Partnership to advance and accelerate their collective efforts to promote healthy people and healthy places, with an emphasis on policy and environmental changes. Funding partners include the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the California Endowment and Nemours.
