STPP: Driven To Spend : This presentation focuses on the cost of transportation for Americans in automobile ownership and usage.

The goal of the Surface Transportation Policy Project (STPP) is to ensure that transportation policy and investments help conserve energy, protect environmental and aesthetic quality, strengthen the economy, promote social equity, and make communities more livable.
